Please note we keep space for walk-ins, so just pop-in !

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

All reservations for 6 people and over made for Mexican Cafe (Cafe Pacifico Ltd) must be accompanied by valid Visa or MasterCard credit card to confirm your booking. To confirm that the debit or credit card information you have provided is accurate, we may place a temporary authorisation on your debit or credit card at the time you provide your debit or credit card information.

Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking by contacting Mexican Cafe by email on bookings@mexicancafe.co.nz or by phone 09 373 2311 or you will be charged a fee. When booking for parties for 6 guests or over, or for special events, we request payment details via the secure Stripe payment platform in order to confirm the booking.

The cancellation charge also applies to changes in numbers for your group (at least 2 or more guests without notice), i.e. if you booked 8 people but 2 were a no show for the evening and you had not informed us in accordance with the notice period.

The cancellation charge applies when guests do not show up for the reservation (bookings will be considered no-show after 30 minutes).

The cancellation fee is $40 per person (or menu price when booked for a special event), and will be deducted from the registered card on file and the person responsible for the booking will be notified by email.

Our reservation system is provided by EVEVE who guarantee to maintain the privacy of the data provided. The transactions for processing payments and capturing credit card data is handled through STRIPE who operate one of the highest data protection standards worldwide.
