DAY OF THE DEAD – Saturday 29th October

The Mexican Café is going to honour the dead and celebrate the future in style with our annual Dia de los Muertos Party! Ghosts, skulls, pumpkins and imps will help the Mexican Cafe host Dia de los Muertos Party with a fun Halloween spin! There will be professional face painting between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. If you go all out with your costume this year, you could be crowned “Best Dressed” and win a fantastic prize. It wouldn’t be Day of the Dead without a little something for everyone - $6 Sols, $10 Margaritas and a little treat for the littlies. At 10.30pm, DJ Redacy will be taking the party through to the wee hours of the morning.

With Christmas is just around the corner, bookings are already starting to roll in so if you are thinking of the Mexican Café to host your Christmas function, please get in early as places are filling fast. The Mexican Café can accommodate groups of up to 45. Set menu options are available.

From Friday ‘til Sunday all of our Margaritas (excluding Jugs) will be $12. This is a great opportunity to experience how different tequilas can transform the humble Margarita into something even more amazing. On Saturday only, we will be featuring Margarita Demonstrations throughout the night. On Friday at 8pm, there will be a Salsa Demonstration, to put you in the mood to fiesta at our famous salsa party, starting at 10.30pm.
