Blanco (Plata or Silver) Tequila
- Purest form of Tequila & its true essence, that of the Blue Agave Plant
- Can be either 100% Agave or mixed Tequilas
- Can be enjoyed neat or on the rocks
- Blancos have a floral, herbal & peppery quality smoothed by the Agave's sweetness
Reposado Tequila
- Translated means "rested"
- Must be aged in wood for at least 60 days & almost always less than one year
- A nice balance between the essence of the Blue Agave &the Vanilla & Spice imparted from the Oak Barrel
- Can be enjoyed straight or in mixed drinks
Anejo Tequila
- Tequila aged for a minimum of one year & up to three years
- Aged in government sealed barrels (usually Kentucky Whiskey)
- Characterised by it's dark colour & smooth flavour
- Enjoyed sipped straight in a brandy snifter
